Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Charges:

  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Special Cases:

  1. Orders paid in advance (0-payment orders):

    • If the customer has placed an order with 0 payment (fully prepaid later), we will refund the full amount paid once the return is accepted.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

    • Refunds will be made after deducting 16% government tax and any delivery charges.
